New customers will have to complete an initial overnight trial period.
We do this to ensure all dogs are happy and settled before coming for any holidays.
These are only available outside any holiday seasons and on Mon - Thursday Night Only (£70 overnight trial)
During this time we spend a lot of extra one on one time with your dog to get them used to us and the environment.
We’ll give updates on how they are getting on and a full report on collection.
Owners need to be local and available if for any reason your dog isn’t settling as well as we’d have hoped.
We may advise that a short stay after the trial, prior to any longer holiday is sometimes necessary to gradually build them up.
Payments for trials are due within 24 hours of the payment request.
Any payments not received may result in trial dates being released.
All payments are requested by email link.
This is non-refundable & non-transferable.
A few things to be aware of before we can book you in for an overnight taster session:-
Are your dogs up to date with annual boosters and have they had the kennel cough vaccine within the last 12 months? Please note the Kennel Cough vaccine has an incubation period, therefore dogs cannot can come into the kennels until the incubation period is over (2-3weeks). We cannot allow any dogs under any circumstances into the kennels without being fully vaccinated.
We cannot book any holiday stays until they have completed their overnight stay. We highly recommend doing this sooner than later to avoid losing any potential dates required.
We can no longer accepts dogs who require insulin to be administered, or dogs suffering from epilepsy who require medication.
Unfortunately we do not accept the following breeds:-
XL Bullies.
Japanese Tosa.
Dogo Argentino/Cane Corso.
Fila Brasileiro.
Pit Bull Terrier.
Doberman.

Unfortunately as we are a small kennels, bookings cannot be made on a preliminary basis.
Bookings will be confirmed if a space is available.
30% Deposit (Min £65) is required on booking to secure your place. This is NON REFUNDABLE & NON TRANSFERABLE.
Full balance payments are due 28 days before start of stay. Bookings cancelled within 28 days of the stay will incur the full charge for the whole period. Payments not received 14 days prior to stay may result in bookings being cancelled.
